Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the website to work, others remember choices you made. This page lists every cookie this website sets.
2. The cookies we use
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-<project>-auth-token | Keeps you signed in to your agency account or the admin area. It holds your session; it is not used for anything else. For a long session the name can end in .0, .1 and so on, because the value is split in parts. | Up to 400 days; removed when you sign out | Strictly necessary |
sb-<project>-auth-token-code-verifier | A short-lived security code used while you register or reset your password, so that the link in the e-mail can only be used by the browser that asked for it. | Up to 400 days | Strictly necessary |
uw_lang | Remembers the language you chose, so the website, the registration page and the portal show the same language. It contains only a language code (for example nl). | 365 days | Preference |
uw_cookie_notice | Remembers that you closed the cookie notice, so it does not appear again. It contains only the value 1. | 365 days | Preference |
In the names that start with sb-, <project> is the technical name of our Supabase project, the service that handles signing in.
Strictly necessary cookies are needed to provide the service you ask for, such as staying signed in. Preference cookies only remember a choice you made. All cookies are set by us, on this website. No cookie is shared with other companies.
3. Similar technologies
The website also uses your browser’s local storage for one thing:
uw_lang: The language you chose on the homepage (the same value as the language cookie). It stays until you clear your browser data.
4. What we do not use
We do not use analytics, tracking, marketing or advertising cookies, and no social media plug-ins or other third-party scripts that set cookies. Because we only use necessary and preference cookies, we do not need to ask for your consent. If this ever changes, we will ask you first.
5. The cookie notice
The first time you visit, a small notice at the bottom of the page tells you about our cookies. When you press OK, the cookie uw_cookie_notice remembers this for 12 months, so the notice does not appear again. It is an information notice, not a request for consent, because there is nothing to accept or refuse.
6. Managing and deleting cookies
You can delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings, and you can set your browser to block cookies. If you block or delete the strictly necessary cookies, you can no longer stay signed in. If you delete the language cookie, the website uses the language of your browser until you choose again.
More about how we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.
